Based in the South Hams with over 25 years of experience we have built up invaluable relationships with Architects, Planning Advisors, Electricians, Plumbers, Building Surveyors and Estate Agencies on numerous customer projects.
We have completed a number of new builds where properties have been purchased just for the land they sit on, this is where we along with with our external relationships have turned ideas into family homes.
We also offer a full renovation service from the planning stage to completion and sign off.
South Hams Property Services is a partnership and we both have families so working locally and going home every day is important to us, but we hold an SMSTS certification (Site Management and Safety Training) and this has allowed us to work on a number of MOD (Ministry of Defence) sites across the UK where we have completed a number of projects, including:
- 28 pitched roof replacements in the Midlands.
- Flat roof projects across North Devon and Wiltshire
- Project Management of up to 70 properties at a time.
